Lisa Balderman began her career after graduating in 2008 from the University of Toronto with her Master’s Degree in Social Work.
Since graduation, Lisa has held a number of public health clinical and supervisory positions in a multitude of world-class organizations including Catholic Charities (Buffalo, New York), Spectrum Human Services (Buffalo, New York), and the former Baker Victory Services ( now renamed as OLV Human Services (Lackawanna, New York), prior to opening her own private practice in 2017.
Through her private practice, Lisa Balderman leverages her professional acumen and clinical expertise to help clients navigate both personal and professional challenges. Lisa supports 1:1 clients through therapy, life coaching, advice sessions, provides guidance to organizations looking to improve their approach to mental health in the workplace, and supports the growth of mental health professionals through clinical supervision and practice consulting.
